Eat Your Oranges!

One of my favorite snacks are oranges, especially the little ones called Cuties. They are a power food packed with antioxidants and Vitamin C. The Vitamin C you get in one orange is all you need for the day and it is essential for making collagen, the connective tissue for tendons, ligaments and bones. Vitamin C also helps form hemoglobin, the part of the red blood cells that carry oxygen. Oranges are great on salads, in smoothies or simply by themselves!
